There was a small child named Anas bin Malik, who became the servant of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, from the time of his migration to Medina until the death of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. : F! Nor: Why did you do it? Nor: Did you not do it? And he never slandered me at all, as I am a boy, and my affairs are not as my companion desires me to be

In the market, then when the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, had arrested my standing from me, he said: I looked at him and he is laughing at you, I said yes! I am going, O Messenger of God.” This position indicates the Prophet’s tenderness with children
Likewise, Anas mentioned in the story of the death of the bird: {I had a brother who was said to him: Abu Amir, he was a hidden, and when the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came to him
(أَبَا عُمَيْرٍ! مَا فَعَلَ النُّغَيْرُ؟}، (وَذَلِكَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُ عُصْفُورٌ يَلْعَبُ بِهِ فِي قَفَصٍ، فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمُرّ بِهِ بَيْنَ الحِينِ وَالآخَرِ، وَيُمَازِحُهُ، وَيَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ عُصْفُورِهِ، فَلَمَّا مَاتَ العُصْفُورُ عَزَّاهُ بِهِ وَوَاسَاهُ

إِنِّي مُعَلِّمُكُ كَلِمَاتٍ، فَاحْفَظْهُنَّ: احْفَظِ اللَّهَ يَحْفَظْكَ، احْفَظِ اللَّهَ تَجِدْهُ تُجَاهَكَ، وَإِذَا سَأَلْتَ فَاسْأَلِ اللَّهَ، وَإِذَا اسْتَعَنْتَ فَاسْتَعِنْ بِاللَّهِ، وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ الأُمَّةَ لَوِ اجْتَمَعُوا عَلَى أَنْ يَنْفَعُوكَ لِمْ يَنْفَعُوكَ إِلاَّ بِشَيْءٍ قَدْ كَتَبَهُ اللَّهُ لَكَ، وَلَوِ اجْتَمَعُوا عَلَى أَنْ يَضُرُّوكَ لَمْ يَضُرُّوكَ إلاَّ بِشَيْءٍ قَدْ كَتَبَهُ اللهُ عَلَيْكَ، رُفِعَتِ الأَقْلاَمُ وَجَفَّتِ الصُّحُفُ
It resulted from his interest, peace and blessings of God be upon him, with young children and their babysitting, and his interest in teaching them that they were hasty to do good, and one of the evidence that confirms this is that Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, says: He prays at night, so I got up to pray with him, so I stood on his left, so he took my head and made me stand on the right
Also, the Prophet of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was unable to bear the crying or pain of a child. Abu Qatada narrated that the Prophet of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to pray while carrying the imamate, the daughter of Zainab, the daughter of the Messenger of God
The story of choosing the Prophet as an imam from among the young
The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, liked to encourage children to pray and learn the religion, and for this reason he chose Amr ibn Salamah al-Jarmi, who was a young boy, as an imam over his people, despite the fact that he was the youngest of them in age, and this is because he was the most recited of them, and Amr ibn Salamah said in this
كُنّا عَلَى حَاضِرٍ، فَكَانَ الرُّكْبَانُ يَمُرُّونَ بِنَا رَاجِعِينَ من عِنْدِ رسول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَدْنُو مِنْهُم، فَأَسْمَعُ، حَتّى حَفِظْتُ قُرْآناً، وَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَنْتَظِرُونَ بِإِسْلاَمِهِمْ فَتْحَ مَكَّةَ، فلما فُتِحَتْ جَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَأْتِيهِ فَيَقُولُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ! أَنَا وَافِدُ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ، وَجِئْتُكَ بِإِسْلاَمِهِمْ.. فَانْطَلَقَ أَبِي بِإِسْلاَمِ قَوْمِهِ، فَرَجَعَ إِلَيْهِمْ، فَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: “قَدِّمُوا أَكْثَرَكُمْ قُرْآناً”، قال: فَنَظَرُوا، وَأَنَا لَعَلَى حِوَاءٍ عَظِيمٍ –
أي: بيوت مجتمعة من الناس على ماء – فَمَا وَجَدُوا فِيهِمْ أَحَداً أَكْثَرَ قُرْآناً مِنِّي، فَقَدَّمُونِي، وَأَنَا غُلاَمٌ، فَصَلَّيْتُ بِهِمْ وَعَلَيَّ بُرْدَةٌ، وَكُنْتُ إِذَا رَكَعْتُ أَوْ سَجَدْتُ قَلَصَتْ فَتَبْدُوَ عَوْرَتِي! فَلَمَّا صَلَّيْنَا، تَقُولُ عَجُوزٌ لَنَا دَهْرِيَّةٌ – أي مُسِنَّة -: غَطُّوا عَنَّا اسْتَ قَارِئِكُمْ!! قَالَ: فَقَطَعُوا لي قَمِيصاً، فَذَكَرَ أَنَّهُ فَرِحَ بِهِ فَرَحاً شَدِيداً
حنية الرسول
كان هناك الكثير من المواقف الي تدل على حنية الرسول مع الأطفال، وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها: {أنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُؤْتَى بِالصِّبْيَانِ، فَيُبَرِّكُ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَيُحَنِّكُهُمْ}، وكذلك حكت رضي الله عنها أن النبي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حنَّك عبد الله بن الزبير، قالت أسماءُ: {ثُمَّ مَسَحَهُ، وَصَلَى عَلَيْهِ – أي: دعا له – وَسَمَّاهُ عَبْدَ اللهِ، ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَبْعِ سِنِينَ أَوْ ثَمَانٍ لِيُبَايِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَتَبَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ رَآهُ مُقْبِلاً إِلَيْهِ، وَبَايَعَهُ
وقد قال أنس بن مالك: “مَا رَأيت أحداً أرحم من رسول الله صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بالعيال – أي: الأطفال – كان إِبْرَاهِيمُ – ولدُه، صلى الله عليه وسلم، من ماريَّةَ القِبطية – مسترضع لَهُ فِي عَوَالِي الْمَدِينَةِ – أي: في قرية قرب المدينة – فَكَانَ يَنْطَلِقُ، وَنَحْنُ معه، فَيَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ، وَإِنَّهُ لَيُدَّخَنُ، وَكَانَ ظِئْرُهُ – أي: زوجُ مرضعة إبراهيم – قَيْناً – أي: حدّاداً – فَيَأْخُذُهُ – أي: يأخذُ إبراهيم – فَيُقَبِّلُهُ، ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ”.
وفي رواية أخرى: {أَنَّهُ سَمَّاهُ بِاسْمِ أَبِيهِ نبي الله إبراهيم ثُمَّ دَفَعَهُ إِلَى أُمِّ سَيْفٍ، امْرَأَةِ قَيْنٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ: أبو سَيْفٍ، فَانْطَلَقَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْتِيهِ، وَاتَّبَعْتُهُ، فَانْتَهَيْنَا إلى أَبِي سَيْفٍ وَهُوَ يَنْفُخُ بِكِيرِهِ، قَدِ امْتَلأَ الْبَيْتُ دُخَاناً، فَأَسْرَعْتُ الْمَشْيَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ: يَا أَبَا سَيْفٍ! أَمْسِكْ! جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ!! فَأَمْسَكَ، فَدَعَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالصَّبِيِّ فَضَمَّهُ إِلَيْهِ، وَقَالَ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ}.
كما قال أَنَسٌ بن مالك: {لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ وَهُوَ يَكِيدُ بِنَفْسِهِ أي: يُحتَضَر بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَمَعَتْ عَيْنَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: (تَدْمَعُ الْعَيْنُ، وَيَحْزَنُ الْقَلْبُ، وَلاَ نَقُولُ إِلاَّ مَا يَرْضَى رَبُّنَا، وَاللهِ يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ إِنَّا بِكَ لَمَحْزُونُونَ)}.
وقد قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: {إِنِّي أَدْخُلُ في الصَّلاَةِ، وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُطِيلَهَا، فَأَسْمَعُ بُكَاءَ الصَّبِيِّ، فَأَتَجَوَّزُ فِي صَلاَتِي – أي: أخفِّفها وأعجل فيها – مِمَّا أَعْلَمُ مِنْ شِدَّةِ وَجْدِ أُمِّهِ مِنْ بُكَائِهِ}، وفي رواية أخرى: {كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ أَشُقَّ على أُمِّهِ}، وفي رواية أخرى {مَخَافَةَ أَنْ تُفْتَنَ أُمُّهُ}.
كما أنه عليه الصلاة والسلام قال عن الحسن والحسين: (هُمَا رَيْحَانَتَايَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا)، وكل هذا يؤكد ويدل على أن رسولنا الكريم كان أكثر الناس حنية ولطفًا مع الصغار، وعلينا أن نقتدي به في هذا
