Vegetables are foods that are beneficial for the health of the body, because they contain many nutritional minerals and vitamins that the body needs to maintain healthy cells and vital vital processes. Vegetables also contain high amounts of dietary fiber, which softens the stomach and helps regulate digestion and secretion

Nutritionists advise eating vegetables daily, which is suitable for people who are overweight. Vegetables can be used to prepare many healthy dishes, one of which is the vegetable soup that we will present to you in this article

Preparation steps
We cut vegetables into small or medium-sized cubes
Put the vegetables and add all the spices to them in a pressure cooker on the stove, then add a liter of water and close the pot well
We leave the soup on low heat for a quarter of an hour after hearing the whistling sound
Remove the pan from the heat and leave the soup a little, then pour it and serve hot

Vegetable oat soup

Two tablespoons of olive oil
Finely chopped onion
1 potato, diced, cubed
A piece of chopped zucchini cubes
Half a tablespoon of crushed garlic
A spoonful of chopped coriander
Two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
Four tablespoons of oatmeal
Six cups of chicken broth
Pinch of salt and black pepper
teaspoon crushed
Half lemon juice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (to taste)

Preparation steps
Put the oil and onions in a saucepan on the fire and stir the onions until soft, then add the garlic and fry until soft
Add the vegetables to the onions and stir until slightly browned, then add the broth and leave the pot covered on low heat until the vegetables are well cooked
Add chopped coriander to the vegetables and bring to a boil, then take a little broth in a bowl and mix with the oats


Pour the oats mixture over the soup and stir well
Leave the oats to boil with the soup for ten minutes, then add the soybeans, parsley and lemon juice and remove the pot from the heat
Serve hot oats and vegetables
Note: Mushrooms can be added to soups for a fresh flavor

White vegetable soup

We add one liter to one and a half liters of water (depending on the amount of vegetables), cover the pot and simmer over low heat until the vegetables and chicken are soft


Put the water and flour in an electric mixer, add the powdered milk and mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth
Add the mixture to the soup, stir, and simmer over low heat for five minutes, then remove the saucepan from the heat
